Veterans Affairs "Yelp" Style App

The Mayor's office of Veterans Affairs would like to develop a phone or tablet app that can be used to find veteran affairs services in the City of Houston, similar to how Yelp works with finding restaurants and gas stations near your location. Also, take the information from http://www.houstontx.gov/vetaffairs/index.html and enable it as a phone app.
