Foodborne - an app to detect and report food poisoning

This is a project spearheaded by the City's Health and Human Services department. A non-profit in Chicago (Smart Chicago) developed a Twitter scraper that looks for potential incidents of food poisoning. HHS would like to try that here in Houston.
